Why we hold it
Your enquiry is used solely to respond to you and to keep a record of the correspondence. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact the Foundation.
Where it goes
Enquiries are delivered to the Foundation by email and stored securely in our hosted database. They are not sold, rented or shared for marketing purposes, and are retained only as long as needed to manage the conversation and any resulting relationship.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and there is no third party tracking. Embedded film content is served through YouTube's privacy enhanced mode, which does not set tracking cookies unless you press play.
Your rights
You may ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Send the request through the enquiry form and we will action it within one month.
